Mark Burrell is available to assist you with your technical issues on a number of subjects, including GoldMine Contact Manager (and the free Real Estate Template authored by Mark Burrell), Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, FrontPage and Access), Microsoft Windows, and several other software programs.

In addition, technical assistance is also available on issues that arise with several hardware products including PCs, printers, home or small office networking, PDA, etc. Assistance is available for a fee on an hourly basis.

Mark can assist you either remotely or in person if you are located in the Southern California area. For remote assistance, we employ a variety of technologies including assistance by telephone, instant messaging system or the same live web conferencing technology we use for our highly successful Webinar training systems.
